1. Who we are

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the website https://sirio-art.com (the “Website”), operated by:

2. Scope and acceptance

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You are acting as a consumer (that is, outside the scope of a business or professional activity). If you are purchasing as a business, the mandatory consumer protections in Sections 8 and 9 do not apply to you.
You have read and accept these Terms in the version in force at the moment of your order.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on the Website when you place the order; we will keep a copy attached to your order confirmation.

3. Our products

Every Sirio Art piece is handmade from solid borosilicate rod, shaped at the torch without moulds. As a result:

No two pieces are identical. Small variations in colour, size, weight, bubbles and internal patterns are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
Photographs are taken as faithfully as possible, but the appearance of glass on screen depends on your display and on the lighting conditions.
Approximate dimensions and materials are stated on each product page.

Glass is a fragile material. Care instructions are provided with each piece; damage caused by drops, knocks or improper use is not covered by the legal guarantee (see Section 10).

4. Made-to-order and personalised pieces

Some products are made to order or made to your specifications (for example, rings sized to your measurements, or commissioned pieces such as the Torii gates). These items are clearly identified as such on the product page and in the cart.

⚠️ Important: under Spanish consumer law, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). By confirming an order for such an item, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be able to withdraw from it once we begin making it.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if the piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described (Sections 9 and 10).

5. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are calculated and displayed separately in the cart before you confirm the order (see Section 7).
The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm it. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, a price that is manifestly incorrect), we will contact you before processing the order and you may either confirm it at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

6. How to order

Select the piece and add it to your cart.
Review your cart: items, quantities, prices, shipping costs and the final total.
Enter your billing and delivery details.
Accept these Terms and complete payment.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is what forms the contract between us.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at siriocristal125@gmail.com.

Language of the contract: English. Order archiving: we keep a record of your order and you may request a copy at any time by writing to us.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through WooPayments (Stripe). We accept:

Credit and debit cards

We never see or store your full card details. The transaction is handled directly by the payment provider under its own security standards. Details of how your data is processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Your order will not be prepared until payment has been authorised. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

8. Shipping and delivery

8.1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide, using Correos.

8.2. Preparation time

Preparation time is counted from confirmation of payment and does not include the carrier’s transit time.

8.3. Delivery times and costs

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. In any case, and unless another period has been expressly agreed, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the contract. If we cannot, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

8.4. Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

8.5. Packaging

Every piece is packed by hand for transit, with protective wrapping appropriate to fragile glass.

8.6. Damaged parcels

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the moment of delivery and tell us within 24 hours at siriocristal125@gmail.com, attaching photographs of both the packaging and the contents. Section 9.4 then applies: we cover all costs.

8.7. Incorrect address or uncollected parcels

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. If the parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, because of repeated absence, or because it was not collected from the pick-up point within the carrier’s deadline, we will offer you the choice of:

Re-sending the order, with the new shipping costs payable by you; or
A refund of the products, less the shipping costs and the return costs actually incurred.

8.8. Taxes and customs

All prices displayed include the applicable VAT.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and to any destination outside the European Union, may be subject to import duties, local taxes (IGIC/IPSI or the equivalent in the destination country) and customs handling fees. These amounts are payable by the recipient on arrival, are set by the destination country’s authorities, and are not included in the order total or in the shipping cost. We have no control over them and cannot estimate them in advance.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, Section 8.7 applies.

9. Right of withdrawal (returns)

9.1. Your right

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason, counted from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, simply inform us of your decision before the deadline expires, by:

Emailing siriocristal125@gmail.com with your order number; or
Sending us the model withdrawal form in Section 13 (its use is optional).

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

9.2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Made-to-order or personalised pieces (see Section 4).

9.3. Returning the goods and refund

Send the piece back within 14 calendar days of telling us you are withdrawing, to: Sirio Art — Atsuko Naito, Calle Nugueret, 24, 22450 Campo, Huesca, Spain.
Return it in its original packaging, protected as it arrived, with all accessories and documentation.
The direct cost of returning the goods is payable by you, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (Section 9.4).
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment, within 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard option we offer, the extra cost is not refunded.
The refund is made using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first.

9.4. Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In such cases, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.

9.5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If the piece arrives broken, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at siriocristal125@gmail.com within a reasonable period, with photographs. We will cover all shipping costs, both ways, and you may choose between repair, replacement or a full refund, in accordance with Section 10.

9.6. Exchanges

Where the piece is not made to order, we can exchange it for another within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to availability.

You pay the shipping costs both ways: the cost of returning the original piece to us, and the cost of dispatching the new one.
If the new piece is cheaper, we refund the difference. If it is more expensive, you pay the difference.
The piece must come back unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Exchanges are offered as a commercial courtesy and are separate from your right of withdrawal (Section 9.1), which remains available to you on its own terms.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products sold on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Where the product does not conform, you may require it to be brought into conformity (repair or replacement) or, where appropriate, a proportionate price reduction or the termination of the contract with a refund.
Bringing the product into conformity is free of charge for you, including any shipping costs.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by drops, knocks, improper use, normal wear, or repairs carried out by third parties. Given the nature of handmade glass, the natural variations described in Section 3 are not defects.

Please keep your invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to us at siriocristal125@gmail.com with your order number and we will answer as soon as possible.

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at on request.

If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may take it to the consumer authorities of your Autonomous Community or to the competent courts.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the purchase will be submitted to the courts that are competent under consumer protection legislation — which, for consumers, are generally those of your place of residence.

13. Model withdrawal form
