The whale’s tail rises out of deep blue glass with an ocean’s worth of swirling inner patterns — teal, cobalt, movement. A silver triangular cap holds the pendant to a fine silver box chain with an adjustable clasp, giving the piece a quiet elegance that lets the glass do the talking.

Every tail is sculpted entirely by hand — the inner patterns of blue and teal are unrepeatable in each piece.
Made by Atsuko Naito in the Spanish Pyrenees, where she works with glass inspired by the ocean and the cosmos.
